Miss Dooberry is a UK-based independent brand trading as a sole trader. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies (Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy).



2. Products & Availability


 • All items are made-to-order. Designs may vary slightly due to print and production processes.
 • We do our best to keep the website up to date, but occasionally stock or options may change without notice.



3. Pricing & Payment


 • All prices are listed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
 • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other options displayed at checkout.
 • Payment is taken at the time of order.



4. Shipping & Delivery


 • We currently only ship within the UK.
 • Processing times are typically 5-10 working days. Delivery estimates are detailed in our [Shipping Policy].
 • Once handed over to Royal Mail or our courier, delays are beyond our control.



5. Returns & Refunds


 • You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return. Full details are in our [Returns Policy].
 • Faulty or damaged items will be refunded or replaced.



6. Intellectual Property


 • All artwork, illustrations, and designs are the intellectual property of Miss Dooberry. Please don’t copy, resell, or pretend they’re yours — not cool.



7. Limitation of Liability


 • We’re not responsible for losses that are not caused by our own negligence or breach of duty.
 • Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
