💜 Cooling-off period (aka “changed your mind?”)
By UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide if it’s right for you.
• If you do want to return, let us know within those 14 days.
• You’ll then have another 14 days to send it back.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.

🚚 How to return
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• You’ll cover the return postage unless the item is faulty/damaged (then that’s on us).
• Pop us an email at hello@missdooberry.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through it.

🪄 Made-to-order magic
All Miss Dooberry products are made-to-order — that keeps waste low and your sass levels high. Because of that, returns don’t slide neatly back into our system like fast-fashion chains. But don’t worry: if you really want to send it back, you absolutely can.

💔 Faulty or wrong item?
If your order shows up damaged, faulty, or looking nothing like what you ordered, that’s on us. We’ll replace it or refund you — no drama.

🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size or swap? If we’ve got it in the coven, we’ll exchange it. If not, we’ll conjure you a fresh one or sort you with store credit.

• Refunds include the original delivery cost (cheapest option only).
• Refunds are made to your original payment method.
• Please allow a few working days for your bank to process it once we’ve sent it.
